VUZ Community Guidelines

Last updated: 14 September 2026

We want VUZ to be an authentic and safe place for inspiration and discovery. Help us foster this community.

VUZ is a reflection of our diverse community of cultures, ages, and beliefs. We have spent a lot of time thinking about the different points of view that create a safe and open environment for everyone.

These Guidelines apply to everyone who uses VUZ. You must be at least 13 years old to view content on VUZ, and at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription or transact with us, as set out in the Terms of Use.

We created these Community Guidelines so that you can help us foster and protect this community. By using VUZ, you agree to these Guidelines and to our Terms of Use. We are committed to these Guidelines, and we hope you are too. Overstepping these boundaries may result in restricted features, disabled accounts, or other restrictions.

Follow the law

VUZ is not a place to support or praise terrorism, organised crime, or hate groups. Offering sexual services, or buying or selling firearms and illegal or prescription drugs (even where it is legal in your region), is not allowed. Always follow the law when dealing in other regulated goods or services. Accounts promoting online gambling, online real-money games of skill, or online lotteries must obtain our prior written permission before using any of our products.

We have zero tolerance for anything relating to the sexual exploitation of minors, or for threatening to distribute intimate images of others.

Respect other members of the VUZ community

We want to foster a positive, diverse community. We take action against credible threats, hate speech, behaviour that targets private individuals in order to degrade or shame them, the use of personal information to blackmail or harass someone, and repeated unwanted messages.

It is never acceptable to encourage violence against, or to attack, anyone based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, disabilities, or diseases.

Serious threats of harm to public or personal safety are not allowed. This includes specific threats of physical harm, as well as threats of theft, vandalism, and other financial harm. We carefully review reports of threats and consider many factors when determining whether a threat is credible.

We ask that you extend the same respect to our customer support, moderation, and community teams. Abusive, threatening, or harassing communications directed at our staff may result in restrictions on your account.

Help us keep the community strong

Each of us is an important part of the VUZ community. If you see something that you think may violate these Guidelines, please help us by using our built-in reporting option in the VUZ App: Profile Page → Settings Screen → "Report A Problem". We have a team that reviews these reports and works as quickly as possible.

Even if you, or someone you know, does not have a VUZ account, you can still file a report by contacting us at info@vuz.com. When you complete a report, please provide as much information as possible, such as links, usernames, dates, and a description of what happened, so that we can find and review it quickly, and please include evidence that clearly describes the reason for your report.

How we enforce these Guidelines

Where these Guidelines are not respected, we may restrict access to features, suspend or disable the account concerned, or take any other action that we consider appropriate, including reporting the matter to the relevant authorities where the law requires or permits it. Our full rights to suspend or terminate an account, and the consequences for amounts already paid, are set out in Section 7 of the VUZ Terms of Use and in the VUZ Refund Policy.

These Guidelines form part of your agreement with us. Obligations relating to your account, your login credentials, and the protection of content made available on VUZ are set out in Section 4 of the Terms of Use and apply alongside these Guidelines.

If you believe that action has been taken against your account in error, please contact us at info@vuz.com.

For more information, please see our Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

Thank you for helping us create one of the best communities in the world.
