VUZ Terms of Use

Last updated: 14 September 2026

Welcome to VUZ.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VUZ and provide information about the VUZ Service, outlined below. When you create a VUZ account, subscribe to a VUZ channel, or otherwise use VUZ, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use VUZ.

1. VUZ and 360VUZ Trademarks

VUZ and 360VUZ are registered trade marks of the Company. Any usage, interaction, or transaction in relation to any of these names, or a combination of these names, shall be considered an explicit and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2. The VUZ Service

We agree to provide you with the VUZ Service. The Service includes all of the VUZ products, features, applications, services, technologies, and software that we provide to advance VUZ's mission: to bring you closer to the people and things you love. The Service is made up of the following aspects (the "Service"):

  • Offering personalized opportunities to discover and experience immersive content. People are different. We build systems that try to understand what you and others care about, and use that information to help you find, follow, and enjoy experiences that matter to you. Part of that is highlighting content, top happenings, features, offers, and channels you might be interested in, and offering ways for you to experience VUZ, based on things you and others do on and off VUZ.
  • Fostering a positive, inclusive, and safe environment. We develop and use tools and offer resources to our community members that help to make their experiences positive and inclusive, including when we think they might need help. We also have teams and systems that work to combat abuse and violations of our Terms and policies, as well as harmful and deceptive behaviour. We use the information we have, including your information, to try to keep our platform secure. We may also share information about misuse or harmful behaviour with other VUZ companies or with law enforcement. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.
  • Developing and using technologies that help us consistently serve our growing community. Organising and analysing information for our growing community is central to our Service. A big part of our Service is creating and using cutting-edge technologies that help us personalise, protect, and improve our Service on a large scale for a broad global community. Technologies like artificial intelligence and machine learning give us the power to apply complex processes across our Service. Automated technologies also help us ensure the functionality and integrity of our Service.
  • Providing consistent and seamless experiences across VUZ products. VUZ shares technology, systems, insights, and information, including information we have about you (learn more in our Privacy Policy), in order to provide services that are better, safer, and more secure. We also design our systems to achieve a seamless and consistent experience across the VUZ products that you use.
  • Ensuring a stable global infrastructure for our Service. To provide our global Service, we must store and transfer data across our systems around the world, including outside of your country of residence. This infrastructure may be owned or operated by VUZ or by service providers acting on our behalf.
  • Research and innovation. We use the information we have to study our Service and collaborate with others on research to make our Service better and contribute to the well-being of our community.
  • Connecting you with brands, products, and services in ways you care about. We use data from VUZ and other VUZ products, as well as from third-party partners, to show you advertisements, offers, and other sponsored content that we believe will be meaningful to you. We try to make that content as relevant as all of your other experiences on VUZ.

3. Our Privacy Policy

Providing our Service requires collecting and using your information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information across the VUZ products. It also explains the ways in which you can control your information, including through your VUZ privacy and security settings. You must agree to the Privacy Policy in order to use VUZ.

4. Your Commitments

In return for our commitment to provide the Service, we require you to make the commitments set out below.

4.1 Who Can Use VUZ

We want our Service to be as open and inclusive as possible, but we also want it to be safe, secure, and in accordance with the law. So, we need you to commit to a few restrictions in order to be part of the VUZ community:

  • You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your country of residence if that age is higher, to create an account and view content on VUZ.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, to purchase a subscription, to make any other payment to us, or to carry out any transaction with us. Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering as a User of the website for the purpose of transacting, and are not allowed to transact through the website or the VUZ App.
  • If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you may use VUZ to view content only. You must have the consent of your parent or legal guardian to use the Service, and you must not purchase a subscription or provide payment details to us. Where a payment is made from an account belonging to a person under 18, we may cancel the subscription concerned, and section 5.6 of our Refund Policy applies to any refund of that payment.
  • You must not be prohibited from receiving any aspect of our Service under applicable laws, or from engaging in payments-related services if you are on an applicable denied party listing.
  • We must not have previously disabled your account for violation of law or any of our policies.
  • You must not be a convicted sex offender.

4.2 How You Can't Use VUZ

Providing a safe and open Service for a broad community requires that we all do our part.

  • You can't impersonate others or provide inaccurate information. You do not have to disclose your identity on VUZ, but you must provide us with accurate and up-to-date information (including registration information). You may not impersonate someone you are not, and you cannot create an account for someone else unless you have their express permission.
  • You can't do anything unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent, or act for an illegal or unauthorised purpose. This includes any attempt to obtain access to paid content, free trials, promotional pricing, or refunds by deception.
  • You can't violate (or help or encourage others to violate) these Terms or our policies, including in particular the VUZ Community Guidelines and the VUZ Refund Policy.
  • You can't do anything to interfere with or impair the intended operation of the Service.
  • You can't attempt to create accounts, or to access or collect information, in unauthorised ways. This includes creating accounts or collecting information in an automated way without our express permission.
  • You can't copy, record, capture, download, re-broadcast, publicly perform, or redistribute any part of the content made available through the Service, or circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security, geographic restriction, access control, or digital rights management feature of the Service.
  • You can't attempt to buy, sell, or transfer any aspect of your account (including your username), or solicit, collect, or use the login credentials of other users. Your subscription and account are personal to you and are for your own private, non-commercial use.
  • You can't share your account credentials or allow any other person to access the Service using your account.
  • You can't do anything that violates someone else's rights, including intellectual property rights, or post or transmit private or confidential information belonging to others.

To report a problem, including any matter that may affect your intellectual property rights, please use the VUZ App on iOS and Android: Profile Page → Settings Screen → "Report A Problem".

4.3 Permissions You Give to Us

As part of our agreement, you also give us the permissions we need to provide the Service:

  • You agree that we can download and install updates to the Service on your device.
  • You agree that we may communicate with you about your account, your subscriptions, your transactions, and the Service, including by email and in-app notification.

5. Rights We Retain

  • If you select a username or similar identifier for your account, we may change it if we believe it is appropriate or necessary (for example, if it infringes someone's intellectual property rights or impersonates another person).
  • All content made available through the Service, and all software, designs, images, videos, sounds, text, and other materials forming part of the Service, are owned by VUZ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We retain all rights in that content. Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view that content through the Service for as long as your subscription is active, and for no other purpose.
  • You may only use our intellectual property, trade marks, or similar marks as expressly permitted by our Brand Guidelines or with our prior written permission.
  • You must obtain written permission from us, or act under an open source licence, in order to modify, create derivative works of, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from us.
  • We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

6. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

6.1 Subscriptions to the VUZ Services

In these Terms, "VUZ Services" means all of the products, features, applications, services, technologies, content, and software that VUZ makes available to you, whether through the VUZ App, vuz.com, a connected television application, a virtual reality or immersive device, or any other platform on which VUZ is offered. This includes immersive and 360º video content, live event broadcasts, channels, master classes, and any subscription tier, package, bundle, or paid feature through which access to that content is provided, together with any new or replacement service that VUZ introduces from time to time. Physical goods purchased through the VUZ Shop are not part of the VUZ Services and are dealt with in Annex A to these Terms.

If you purchase a subscription to the VUZ Services, you will be charged on a recurring basis for access to the content covered by that subscription. Depending on what you have purchased, that content may include exclusive 360º live videos of a specific channel, live event broadcasts of exclusive events, master classes, and other immersive content.

Subscriptions run monthly, three-monthly, yearly, or on any other recurring or one-off basis offered at the point of sale. The available subscriptions, their duration, the content they cover, and their prices are those displayed to you at the point of sale, and they may change from time to time. The price, billing period, and renewal date applying to your subscription are confirmed to you when you purchase and are available in your account settings.

6.2 Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost identified for that renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by you, and auto-renewal may be turned off, in your account settings after purchase.

Where your purchase is made through the Apple App Store, payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and is managed through your Apple account settings. Where your purchase is made through Google Play or directly through vuz.com, payment and renewal are managed through the corresponding account or billing settings.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel any subscription to the VUZ Services at any time via the mobile app. Cancellation takes effect at the expiry of the then-current subscription period that you have already paid for, and you will not be refunded for any remaining portion of subscription fees you have already paid, except as expressly provided in the VUZ Refund Policy or as required by applicable law.

6.4 Payment terms

  • We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards in SAR and USD.
  • If you make a payment for our services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
  • The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and of our policies and rules.
  • Refunds will be made only through the original mode of payment.
  • vuz.com will NOT deal with, or provide any services to, any of the OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries, in accordance with the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

6.5 Refunds

Refunds are governed by the VUZ Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6.6 Territory-specific features

Where you are located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the United Arab Emirates and you transact through the VUZ Shop or the VUZ Social Commerce Features, Annex A to these Terms also applies to that transaction. Annex A does not apply in any other territory.

7. Suspension and Termination

We can refuse to provide, or stop providing, all or part of the Service to you (including terminating or disabling your account) immediately in order to protect our community or our services, or if you create risk or legal exposure for us, if you violate these Terms or our policies (including the VUZ Community Guidelines), or where we are permitted or required to do so by law.

VUZ reserves the right to terminate and/or suspend your account at any time in the case of unauthorised use of the Service. If VUZ terminates or suspends your account for fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise suspicious activity, VUZ shall have no liability or responsibility to you and will not refund any amounts that you have previously paid.

If we take action to disable or terminate your account, we will notify you where appropriate. If you believe your account has been terminated in error, or if you want to disable or permanently delete your account, please contact us at info@vuz.com.

This section, and the section below called "Our Agreement and What Happens if We Disagree", will continue to apply even after your account is terminated or deleted.

8. Our Agreement and What Happens if We Disagree

8.1 Our agreement

If you use certain other features or related services, additional terms will be made available and will also become part of our agreement. If any of those terms conflict with this agreement, those other terms will govern in respect of those features or services.

If any aspect of this agreement is unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Any amendment or waiver to our agreement must be in writing and signed by us. If we fail to enforce any aspect of this agreement, that will not be a waiver.

8.2 Who has rights under this agreement

  • This agreement does not give rights to any third parties.
  • You cannot transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement without our consent.
  • Our rights and obligations can be assigned to others. For example, this could occur if our ownership changes (as in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets) or by operation of law.

8.3 Who is responsible if something happens

Our Service is provided "as is", and we can't guarantee that it will be safe and secure or that it will work perfectly all of the time. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ALSO DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not control what other people do or say, and we aren't responsible for their (or your) actions or conduct, whether online or offline. We also aren't responsible for services and features offered by other people or companies, even if you access them through our Service.

Our responsibility for anything that happens on the Service (also called "liability") is limited as much as the law will allow. If there is an issue with our Service, we can't know what all the possible impacts might be. You agree that we won't be responsible ("liable") for any lost profits, revenues, information, or data, or for consequential, special, indirect, exemplary, punitive, or incidental damages arising out of or related to these Terms, even if we know they are possible. This includes when we delete your information or your account.

8.4 How we will handle disputes

If you are a consumer, the laws of the country in which you reside will apply to any claim, cause of action, or dispute you have against us that arises out of or relates to these Terms (a "claim"), and you may resolve your claim in any competent court in that country that has jurisdiction over the claim. In all other cases, you agree that the claim must be resolved exclusively in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, that you submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim, and that the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will govern these Terms and any claim, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is our country of domicile.

8.5 Unsolicited material

We always appreciate feedback and other suggestions, but we may use them without any restriction or obligation to compensate you for them, and we are under no obligation to keep them confidential.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may change our Service and policies, and we may need to make changes to these Terms so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you (for example, through our Service) before we make changes to these Terms and give you an opportunity to review them before they go into effect. If you continue to use the Service after that, you will be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not want to agree to these or any updated Terms, you can delete your account.

These Terms may be changed or updated occasionally to meet applicable requirements and standards. You are encouraged to visit this page frequently in order to stay informed about changes. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

Annex A: Territory-Specific Terms for the Shop and Social Commerce Features (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates only)

Last updated: 14 September 2026

A1. When this Annex applies

This Annex applies only where all of the following are true:

  • your VUZ account country, billing address, or delivery address is in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the United Arab Emirates; and
  • you access, view, or transact through the VUZ Shop or the VUZ Social Commerce Features, as defined in section A2.

The Shop and the Social Commerce Features are offered only in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. They are not available in any other territory, and nothing in this Annex creates any right, offer, or obligation in respect of users located elsewhere. Users outside these two territories are governed solely by the VUZ Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Refund Policy, without reference to this Annex.

This Annex forms part of the VUZ Terms of Use. Where a provision of this Annex conflicts with the main body of the Terms of Use or with the Refund Policy, this Annex prevails, but only in respect of transactions falling within its scope. All other provisions of the Terms of Use continue to apply in full, including those on eligibility, account security, acceptable use, suspension and termination, limitation of liability, and changes to the Terms.

A2. Definitions

"Goods" means physical goods, merchandise, and other tangible items offered for sale through the Shop. Subscriptions to the VUZ Services are not Goods and are governed by the Terms of Use and the Refund Policy.

"Shop" means the area of the VUZ App or vuz.com through which Goods are offered for sale.

"Social Commerce Features" means features that present, tag, link, or promote Goods, brands, offers, or third-party products in connection with immersive content, live broadcasts, channels, or advertising on VUZ, including features that allow you to view, save, or follow an offer and to proceed to purchase.

"Merchant" means the party selling the Goods to you, being either VUZ or a third-party seller identified at the point of sale and in your order confirmation.

"Territory" means the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the United Arab Emirates, as applicable to you.

A3. Eligibility to transact

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in order to place an order through the Shop. Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering as a User of the website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.

You must provide a valid delivery address within the Territory. We do not deliver Goods outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

vuz.com will NOT deal with or provide any services, products, or Goods to any of the OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries, in accordance with the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and you must not be on any applicable denied party listing.

A4. Who you are contracting with

Your order confirmation identifies the Merchant for each item. Where the Merchant is a third-party seller, VUZ acts as the operator of the platform through which the sale is concluded, and that Merchant is responsible for the Goods, for their description and condition, and for the performance of the sale. VUZ remains responsible for the obligations that applicable law places on the operator of an e-commerce platform in your Territory, and for the operation of the Shop itself.

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and of Merchant policies and rules.

A5. Orders, pricing, and acceptance

A listing in the Shop is an invitation to purchase and not a binding offer. Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract of sale is formed only when we or the Merchant confirm dispatch of the Goods.

We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, before dispatch where the Goods are unavailable, where the listing contained a manifest error in price or description, where we are unable to verify your identity, payment method, or delivery address, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms. Where we cancel an order before dispatch and payment has already been taken, we refund you in full.

We may limit the quantity of any item available to a single account, payment method, household, or delivery address.

Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals, UAE Dirhams, or US Dollars as indicated at the point of sale, and state whether value added tax is included. Value added tax is applied at the rate in force in your Territory. Where any customs duty, import charge, or similar levy applies, the point of sale will state whether it is included in the price or payable by you on delivery.

A6. Payment

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards in SAR and USD, together with any additional payment methods displayed at checkout in your Territory.

If you make a payment for our Goods or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. All credit and debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.

We may require strong customer authentication, and we may place a temporary authorisation hold on your payment method before dispatch. Where an authorisation fails or is reversed, we may cancel the order.

A7. Delivery

Estimated delivery windows shown at the point of sale are estimates and are not guaranteed. Where an order contains several items, they may be dispatched separately. Multiple shipments or deliveries may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.

Risk in the Goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided, or to any person present at that address who accepts the delivery. Please inspect the Goods on receipt and tell us promptly, and in any event within 7 days, if anything is damaged, missing, or not what you ordered.

Where delivery fails because the address you provided was incomplete or incorrect, or because no one was available to accept delivery after two attempts, we may return the Goods to the Merchant and refund you the price of the Goods less the actual cost of the failed delivery attempts and of the return.

A8. Cancellation, returns, and exchanges of Goods

You may cancel an order at any time before dispatch, for a full refund.

After delivery, you may return most Goods within 14 days of receipt for a refund, for any reason, provided the Goods are unused, in their original condition and packaging, with any tags, seals, and accessories intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase. This 14-day window is granted by VUZ and is intended to meet or exceed the minimum statutory withdrawal and return rights applicable in your Territory. Nothing in this Annex limits any mandatory right you have under the consumer protection or e-commerce laws of your Territory, and where those laws give you a longer or broader right, that right applies.

The following are not returnable under the 14-day right, except where they arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect: Goods made to order or personalised for you; Goods sealed for hygiene or health reasons where the seal has been broken; perishable Goods; and gift cards or vouchers.

Where you return Goods because they are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or not as described, we pay the cost of return and you may choose repair, replacement, or refund. Where you return Goods because you changed your mind, you pay the cost of return, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.

Exchanges are available where the same item is in stock in a different size or variant. Otherwise we refund you and you may place a new order.

A9. Refunds for Goods

Refunds for Goods are made only through the original mode of payment, and in the currency in which you were charged. We cannot refund to a different card, account, or person, and refunds are not available as cash or as credit to another account.

Once we have received and inspected a returned item, we approve or decline the refund within 5 business days and tell you the outcome. Approved refunds are processed by us within a further 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 7 to 21 business days to make the funds available. Value added tax charged on a refunded item is refunded with it. We are not responsible for exchange rate movements or for fees charged by your bank or card issuer.

Sections 7, 8, and 10 of the VUZ Refund Policy, covering how refunds are paid, fair use and fraud prevention, and chargebacks, apply equally to Goods purchased under this Annex. In particular, we may verify your identity and your ownership of the payment method, we may decline requests that form part of a pattern of ordering, using, and returning Goods, and we ask that you contact us at info@vuz.com before raising a chargeback with your bank.

A10. Social Commerce Features

Where the Social Commerce Features are available to you, the following applies.

Offers, brands, and Goods presented through these features are shown to you on the basis described in the VUZ Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, including our use of data from VUZ and from third-party partners to show you advertisements, offers, and other sponsored content. Prices, availability, and offer terms shown in content are those applying at the time the content was published and may have changed. Always check the current terms at the point of sale.

Where an offer is provided by a third party, that third party's own terms and privacy practices govern the transaction, and the appearance of an offer on VUZ is not an endorsement or warranty by VUZ of the third party, its Goods, or its claims.

Advertising, sponsored content, and paid partnerships presented through these features are identified as such, and we and our partners comply with the advertising disclosure and licensing requirements applicable to commercial promotion in your Territory.

You give us permission to show your username, profile picture, and information about your actions, such as saving or following an offer, next to or in connection with accounts, advertisements, offers, and other sponsored content that you follow or engage with, without any compensation to you. This information can be seen only by people who have permission to see it, and we will respect your advertising settings.

You must not misuse these features. In particular, you must not repeatedly contact people for commercial purposes without their consent, and you must not use VUZ to offer, promote, or deal in sexual services, firearms, illegal or prescription drugs, or other regulated Goods otherwise than in accordance with the law. Accounts promoting online gambling, online real-money games of skill, or online lotteries must obtain our prior written permission before using any of our products.

A11. Complaints and consumer protection

If something has gone wrong with an order, contact us first at info@vuz.com with your order number. We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 10 business days.

If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may refer it to the competent consumer protection authority in your Territory, being the relevant authority of the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or the relevant consumer protection authority of the Ministry of Economy in the United Arab Emirates. Referring a complaint to an authority does not affect your right to pursue any other remedy available to you.

A12. Governing law

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is our country of domicile.

If you are a consumer, the laws of the Territory in which you reside apply to any claim arising out of or relating to this Annex, and you may bring that claim before any competent court of that Territory. In all other cases, the dispute resolution provisions of the VUZ Terms of Use apply, and the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia govern this Annex.

A13. Availability of these features

We may introduce, change, suspend, or withdraw the Shop or any Social Commerce Feature in either Territory at any time. If we withdraw a feature after you have placed an order but before dispatch, we cancel the order and refund you in full. Orders already dispatched are completed, and your return and refund rights under sections A8 and A9 survive the withdrawal of the feature.
