These Terms of Use govern your use of VUZ and provide information about the VUZ Service, outlined below. When you create an VUZ account or use VUZ, you agree to these terms.

VUZ and 360VUZ Trademarks

VUZ and 360VUZ are registered trade marks of 360MEA FZE and any usage, interaction, or transaction in relation to any of these names or a combination of these names shall be considered an explicit and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The VUZ Service

We agree to provide you with the VUZ Service. The Service includes all of the VUZ products, features, applications, services, technologies, and software that we provide to advance VUZ's mission: To bring you closer to the people and things you love. The Service is made up of the following aspects (the Service):

Offering personalized opportunities to create, connect, communicate, discover, and share.

People are different. We want to strengthen your relationships through shared experiences you actually care about. So we build systems that try to understand who and what you and others care about, and use that information to help you create, find, join, and share in experiences that matter to you. Part of that is highlighting content, Top happenings, features, offers, and accounts you might be interested in, and offering ways for you to experience VUZ, based on things you and others do on and off VUZ.

Fostering a positive, inclusive, and safe environment.

We develop and use tools and offer resources to our community members that help to make their experiences positive and inclusive, including when we think they might need help. We also have teams and systems that work to combat abuse and violations of our Terms and policies, as well as harmful and deceptive behavior. We use all the information we have-including your information-to try to keep our platform secure. We also may share information about misuse or harmful content with other VUZ Companies or law enforcement. Learn more in the Data Policy.

Developing and using technologies that help us consistently serve our growing community.

Organizing and analyzing information for our growing community is central to our Service. A big part of our Service is creating and using cutting-edge technologies that help us personalize, protect, and improve our Service on an incredibly large scale for a broad global community. Technologies like artificial intelligence and machine learning give us the power to apply complex processes across our Service. Automated technologies also help us ensure the functionality and integrity of our Service.

Providing consistent and seamless experiences across other Company Products.

VUZ share technology, systems, insights, and information-including the information we have about you (learn more in the Data Policy) in order to provide services that are better, safer, and more secure. We also provide ways to interact across the VUZ Company Products that you use, and designed systems to achieve a seamless and consistent experience across the VUZ Company Products.

Ensuring a stable global infrastructure for our Service.

To provide our global Service, we must store and transfer data across our systems around the world, including outside of your country of residence. This infrastructure may be owned or operated by VUZ.

Research and innovation.

We use the information we have to study our Service and collaborate with others on research to make our Service better and contribute to the well-being of our community.

Connecting you with brands, products, and services in ways you care about.

We use data from VUZ and other VUZ Company Products, as well as from third-party partners, to show you ads, offers, and other sponsored content that we believe will be meaningful to you. And we try to make that content as relevant as all your other experiences on VUZ.

The Data Policy

Providing our Service requires collecting and using your information. The Data Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information across the VUZ Products. It also explains the many ways you can control your information, including in the VUZ Privacy and Security Settings. You must agree to the Data Policy to use VUZ.

In return for our commitment to provide the Service, we require you to make the below commitments to us.

Who Can Use VUZ?

We want our Service to be as open and inclusive as possible, but we also want it to be safe, secure, and in accordance with the law. So, we need you to commit to a few restrictions in order to be part of the VUZ community.

  • You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum legal age in your country to use VUZ.
  • You must not be prohibited from receiving any aspect of our Service under applicable laws or engaging in payments related Services if you are on an applicable denied party listing.
  • We must not have previously disabled your account for violation of law or any of our policies.
  • You must not be a convicted sex offender.

How You Can’t Use VUZ.

Providing a safe and open Service for a broad community requires that we all do our part.

  • You can't impersonate others or provide inaccurate information.
  • You don't have to disclose your identity on VUZ, but you must provide us with accurate and up to date information (including registration information). Also, you may not impersonate someone you aren't, and you can't create an account for someone else unless you have their express permission.
  • You can't do anything unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent or for an illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • You can't violate (or help or encourage others to violate) these Terms or our policies, including in particular the VUZ Community Guidelines, VUZ Platform Policy, and Music Guidelines. Learn how to report conduct or content in our Help Center.
  • You can't do anything to interfere with or impair the intended operation of the Service.
  • You can't attempt to create accounts or access or collect information in unauthorized ways.
  • This includes creating accounts or collecting information in an automated way without our express permission.
  • You can't attempt to buy, sell, or transfer any aspect of your account (including your username) or solicit, collect, or use login credentials or badges of other users.
  • You can't post private or confidential information or do anything that violates someone else's rights, including intellectual property.

Permissions You Give to Us.

As part of our agreement, you also give us permissions that we need to provide the Service.

  • We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to use it.
  • Nothing is changing about your rights in your content. We do not claim ownership of your content that you post on or through the Service. Instead, when you share, post, or upload content that is covered by intellectual property rights (like photos or videos) on or in connection with our Service, you hereby grant to us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of your content (consistent with your privacy and application settings). You can end this license anytime by deleting your content or account. However, content will continue to appear if you shared it with others and they have not deleted it.   • Permission to use your username, profile picture, and information about your relationships and actions with accounts, ads, and sponsored content.
  • You give us permission to show your username, profile picture, and information about your actions (such as likes) or relationships (such as follows) next to or in connection with accounts, ads, offers, and other sponsored content that you follow or engage with that are displayed on VUZ Products, without any compensation to you. For example, we may show that you liked a sponsored post created by a brand that has paid us to display its ads on VUZ. As with actions on other content and follows of other accounts, actions on sponsored content and follows of sponsored accounts can be seen only by people who have permission to see that content or follow. We will also respect your ad settings.
  • You agree that we can download and install updates to the Service on your device.

Additional Rights We Retain

  • If you select a username or similar identifier for your account, we may change it if we believe it is appropriate or necessary (for example, if it infringes someone's intellectual property or impersonates another user).
  • If you use content covered by intellectual property rights that we have and make available in our Service (for example, images, designs, videos, or sounds we provide that you add to content you create or share), we retain all rights to our content (but not yours).
  • You can only use our intellectual property and trademarks or similar marks as expressly permitted by our Brand Guidelines or with our prior written permission.
  • You must obtain written permission from us or under an open source license to modify, create derivative works of, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from us.

Content Removal and Disabling or Terminating Your Account

  • We can remove any content or information you share on the Service if we believe that it violates these Terms of Use, our policies (including our VUZ Community Guidelines), or we are permitted or required to do so by law. We can refuse to provide or stop providing all or part of the Service to you (including terminating or disabling your account) immediately to protect our community or services, or if you create risk or legal exposure for us, violate these Terms of Use or our policies (including our VUZ Community Guidelines), if you repeatedly infringe other people’s intellectual property rights, or where we are permitted or required to do so by law. If we take action to disable or terminate your account, we will notify you where appropriate. If you believe your account has been terminated in error, or you want to disable or permanently delete your account, consult our Help Center.
  • Content you delete may persist for a limited period of time in backup copies and will still be visible where others have shared it. This paragraph, and the section below called “Our Agreement and What Happens if We Disagree,” will still apply even after your account is terminated or deleted.

Music and Video Guidelines

These supplemental terms apply if you post or share any videos or other content containing music or copyright videos on any VUZ Products.

You are responsible for the content you post

People use our Products to share content with their family and friends. Keep in mind you remain solely responsible for the content that you post, including any music or copyrighted video that features in that content. Nothing in these terms constitutes any authorization by us with respect to any use of music or copyrighted videos on any of our Products.

You may not use videos on our Products to create a music listening experience

We want you to be able to enjoy videos posted by family and friends. However, if you use videos on our Products to create a music listening experience for yourself or for others, your videos will be blocked and your page, profile or group may be deleted. This includes Live.

Unauthorized content may be removed

If you post content that contains music owned by someone else, your content may be blocked, or may be reviewed by the applicable rights owner and removed if your use of that music is not properly authorized.

You may not be able to post or access videos containing music in every country of the world

We want you to be able to share videos with your family and friends wherever they are, but any music in your video, if it is allowed at all, may not be available in all countries of the world.

Our Agreement and What Happens if We Disagree

Our Agreement.

  • Your use of music on the Service is also subject to our Music Guidelines, and your use of our API is subject to our Platform Policy. If you use certain other features or related services, additional terms will be made available and will also become a part of our agreement. For example, if you use payment features, you will be asked to agree to the Community Payment Terms. If any of those terms conflict with this agreement, those other terms will govern.
  • If any aspect of this agreement is unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
  • Any amendment or waiver to our agreement must be in writing and signed by us. If we fail to enforce any aspect of this agreement, it will not be a waiver.
  • We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

Who Has Rights Under this Agreement.

  • This agreement does not give rights to any third parties.
  • You cannot transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement without our consent.
  • Our rights and obligations can be assigned to others. For example, this could occur if our ownership changes (as in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets) or by law.

Who Is Responsible if Something Happens.

  • Our Service is provided “as is,” and we can’t guarantee it will be safe and secure or will work perfectly all the time. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ALSO DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  • We also don’t control what people and others do or say, and we aren’t responsible for their (or your) actions or conduct (whether online or offline) or content (including unlawful or objectionable content). We also aren’t responsible for services and features offered by other people or companies, even if you access them through our Service.
  • Our responsibility for anything that happens on the Service (also called “liability”) is limited as much as the law will allow. If there is an issue with our Service, we can’t know what all the possible impacts might be. You agree that we won’t be responsible (“liable”) for any lost profits, revenues, information, or data, or consequential, special, indirect, exemplary, punitive, or incidental damages arising out of or related to these Terms, even if we know they are possible. This includes when we delete your content, information, or account.

How We Will Handle Disputes.

If you are a consumer, the laws of the country in which you reside will apply to any claim, cause of action, or dispute you have against us that arises out of or relates to these Terms (“claim”), and you may resolve your claim in any competent court in that country that has jurisdiction over the claim. In all other cases, you agree that the claim must be resolved exclusively in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, that you submit to the personal jurisdiction of either of these courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim, and that the laws of United Arab Emirates will govern these Terms and any claim, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Unsolicited Material.

We always appreciate feedback or other suggestions, but may use them without any restrictions or obligation to compensate you for them, and are under no obligation to keep them confidential.

Our Agreement and What Happens if We Disagree

We may change our Service and policies, and we may need to make changes to these Terms so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you (for example, through our Service) before we make changes to these Terms and give you an opportunity to review them before they go into effect. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not want to agree to these or any updated Terms, you can delete your account.

Live 360 Channel Subscription Details

If you have purchased a subscription to VUZ, you will be charged on a monthly basis to watch exclusive 360º Live videos of a specific channel. If you have purchased a subscription to on of the Live 360 Channels on VUZ, you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase. However, if you access the VUZ app within the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible for a refund if you decide to cancel your purchase. The auto-renewable nature of the subscription to a channel is on a monthly basis for the specific 360 Live channel the user have subscribed to to watch all the 360 Lives under that channel.

You may cancel your subscription to any channel on VUZ at any time via the mobile app. The termination shall have effect at the expiry of the then-current subscription period that you have already paid for the 1 month and you will not be refunded for any remaining portion of subscription fees you have already paid for (unless with the 14-day period and under the conditions described above).

The content will be provided after subscription are 360° Live Event Broadcasts of top exclusive events and master classes.

Length of subscription of 360° Live Channels is Monthly with access to Live 360° Videos Under The Subscribed Channel or every 3 Months based on the Channel. Price of subscription differs based on each channel however currently channel subscriptions ranges between $2.49 and $10. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase VUZ reserves the right to terminate and/or suspend your account at any time in case of unauthorised use of the service. If VUZ terminates or suspends your account for any suspicious activity, VUZ shall have no liability or responsibility to you, and will not refund any amounts that you have previously paid.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which VUZ collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a ‘User’) of the www.VUZ.com website and VUZ app (‘Site/App’). This privacy policy applies to the Site/App and all products and services offered by VUZ.

Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our app, register on the app, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site/App. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, credit card information. Users may, however, visit our Site/App anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site/App related activities.

Non-personal identification information

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site/App. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site/App, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

Web browser cookies

Our Site/App may use ‘cookies’ to enhance User experience. User’s web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. User may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If they do so, note that some parts of the Site/App may not function properly.

How we use collected information

VUZ may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:

  • To improve customer service: information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.
  • To personalize user experience: we may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site/App.
  • To personalize the experience based on gender, and interest. Eg. If it’s a male audience then we might send them push notifications on when new 360° videos on more male oriented content is published.
  • To improve our Site/App: we may use feedback you provide to improve our products and services.
  • To process payments: we may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.
  • To run a promotion, contest, survey or other Site/App feature: To send Users information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them. To send periodic emails We may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Site/App.

How we protect your information

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site/App. Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site/App and its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.

Sharing your personal information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site/App or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given us your permission.

Changes to this privacy policy

VUZ has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

Your acceptance of these terms

By using this Site/App, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site/App. Your continued use of the Site/App following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

Please remember that we do not have access to, or control over, the information these third parties may collect. Terms & Conditions

  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
  • United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.
  • Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
  • If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
  • The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
  • www.vuz.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
  • Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
  • We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED and USD.
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
